This may come in handy if you want a quick cut an paste when instructing a new user on how to use vliloconf.
Instructions for both command line and from the install cd.
Fix / configure Lilo from command line or from install cd.

Glad you liked it.  I forgot one of the better ones though, alias.
"alias" can shorten long and complicated commands by assigning them an Alias to type instead
example
alias fixmime='update-mime-database /usr/share/mime'

Now THAT sounds really helpful. Up until now I've written bash scripts for that purpose, but alias sounds much easier and you don't have to remember where you saved them scripts if you ever want to delete them ;-)!

You may want to add that you can use the javaws command to run .jnlp files. I've run across a couple of those. If you want one for the tutorial, I suggest gcalc. ( www.gcalc.net ) On the home page, download Gcalc3. It's a .jnlp file.
