There is only one Windows programs I want to use, Adobe Flash CS4 Professional. It doesn't work with Wine at all. So I searched Gslapt for Windows Emulators, and came up with nothing. After a little Googling I found out about virtualbox.

I found all of these, but none of them seem to work.

Since those builds are old and are for VL5.8, go to www.virtualbox.org and get the latest version. There is an installation and introduction guide for virtualbox at http://www.opensourcebistro.com/Tutorial/VL60/07.System/VirturalBox-Install/VirtualBox-Install.htm

Which one should I download? Vector Linux is Slackware based, am I right? But I don't see it on the list of downloads.

It's in the video Daniel posted, just for the previous version everything else is the same.

Go to http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

Click on ...VirtualBox 2.2.4 for Linux hosts
Then all distributions i386

That will download a file called VirtualBox-2.2.4-47978-Linux_x86.run

Watch the rest of the video it will show you how to install.

It also shows a little about how you may set up an OS in it, but of course if you have questions just ask.
That's what were here for.
