Is there any download accelerator/manager in VL 6.0 like kget?
Re-installing is not a problem, but it is when I had to.

Download for X (D4X) may be an option.

Or, you can always use wget with the '-c' option to resume interrupted transfers.

D4X is a very nice application. I have used it for several years now, especially when I need to schedule the download process. Lately I have been using good old wget. Its simple and flexible.

I have searched everywhere.. Can you point me a link for that?

Will the Slackware 12.2 version work with VL6.0?

Re-installing is not a problem, but it is when I had to.

VL6 is based on Slack 12.1, I'd look for a package of that vintage first. But a 12.2 one may work too.
